I am 40 plus and have struggled with body confidence for some time since having children. Whilst training with Tom, I have learnt that body confidence comes from a combination of things and is not only about how much I weigh but what my body is capable of.

Tom’s method is simple, you get what you put in. He has taught me so much about strength and nutrition, and that physical health has a direct positive impact on well being.

Tom is also big on setting goals and being accountable to yourself; if you’re not doing it for you, then who are you doing it for? His approach is individualised which I found refreshing, as I wasn’t just a client but he truly cared for my well being and goals.
